Terrible service to developers

I represent a large development group building 2500 residences.
Being knowledgeable of the bond process and progress claim procedure; I am shocked that out of all our progress claims we are still waiting on feedback from one standard bank account. It has been 3 and a half weeks and no one can tell me what is happening.
I seem to passed on from one consultant to another.
At this stage I feel like withdrawing all clients who are securing bonds with standard bank.
