I am extremely angry because this is the second time its happened and im not letting it go. R2000 rand was deducted from my dads account .he is a pensioner so he doesnt have a debit orders from his account or loans going through now im not sure how this happened because his got his card and never used it.he went to the bank and they told him that they going to investigate and it takes 30 days .nope not good enough because after that 30days they will tell you sorry theres nothing we can do coz a few months back same happened to me.i need this to be dealt with asap or ill take my case further to the ombudsman if i dont receive any response very soon.
