I would like to express my frustration and dissatisfaction towards FNB on how they claim to be the best bank however they failing to attend one simple query. Why have online complaints and compliments platform if it is not attended.

I recently took a smart device (htc flyer) with FNB and the contract was a verbal agreement as it was done over the phone. And I strongly believe that I was advised that my repayments was going to be R150.00 per month for 24 months, to my surprise R200 is going off monthly and that makes it R4800.00 after 24 months. And according to the calculation I made was R3600.00 after 24 months. After I picked up this, I then went to the Centurion branch to see if this matter can be sorted, unfortunately the consultant who attended me advised me that I will need to phone smart device call centre on 0860102970 and take it up with them. I then on Tuesday the 23rd of July phoned that number however I don't think that phone no is working as I kept on getting voice recording that says "your call can't be processed".

I would gladly appreciate if this matter can get an urgent attention as this is utterly day light.
