Victim of - No help from ABSA

On 11 July 2013 I fell victim to when my credit card was used for transactions. I immediately reported it to STOP CARD and my card was stopped. I phoned the ABSA department on the same evening but the call centre agents were all busy.

I reported the on 12 July 2013. I then received a declaration which I had to complete. I completed it the same day and returned it via email to which I then received a reply email to say that they have received the declaration. I also received an sms the same day.

Since then I have spoken to numerous call centre agents to follow up on the investigation and everyone just told me the investigation was still ongoing. Now this afternoon I phoned again and get told that they NEVER received my declaration. Even though I have the email as proof that they did receive it and not once did any of the other call centre agents inform me that they never received the declaration?!

It is almost impossible to get hold of the call centre consultants, they are constantly "busy" I was given the name of the consultant in charge of the investigation and can't get hold of her either.

I need this sorted out ASAP.
