FNB called me to upgrade my Smart Device, they called 3 weeks ago. I also opened another account with the agent on the phone. They said they're delivery company would contact me regarding the delivery of my phone, no one has 3 weeks later!
The Smart Device Centre on 0860102970 is completely useless, what is their turn around time for picking up a call? I stayed on the line for over 20 minutes yesterday and an additional 30 minutes today. I've spent R120 worth of airtime for no answer! I still don't know the status of the upgrade nor do I know what the hold up is. Very appalling customer service! You don't even get an option to leave your details so you can be called back!! This is unacceptable FNB!!! I never had such problems with my first device.
