I took out a smart phone (Blackberry 9300) on contract with FNB smart devices last year December. The smart phone started giving me problem in January 2013. i reported the phone with FNB and the Smart device department. I was the told that I would receive an email with the details of where i should take the phone for repairs within 48 working hours. It has been 2 months and i have been calling these guys almost every week regarding the matter but I have not received any feedback from the FNB smart device department.
