I took out a smart phone (blackberry 9300) on contract with FNB last year December. The phone started giving me problems in January 2013 (scroll button faulty). i reported the matter with FNB smart device department it took them over 3 months to attend to the matter and have the phone fixed. Within 2 months after getting the phone back, it started giving the same problem again!! On the 15 October I made a call to the FNB smart device call center to report the issue again. I was helped by a lady called Nomcebo (call reference number RH131015 40225) who assured me that someone will call me within 48 hours to make arrangements in order to have the device fixed. I haven't received even a single call from FNB, I'm stuck with a device that's not working while they are busy deducting monthly installments from my account!
