Staff whoo don't know their job nor listen

ABSA Online Banking call centre staff have got to be the most useless at their jobs. I could access my one account via Online Banking this morning but not the other (could only see the balance). However when I went to the branch they couldn't help me so they phoned the Technical Call Centre which is when the attitude and uselessness of the call centre became apparent. They wouldn't listen to what I was explaining nor what the branch staff member was explaining. I explained, very clearly, about 3 times what the issue was and was then told that there must be a problem with my computer!!! How could this be if I could log in and access my one account. There was no Self Service Kiosk in the branch but I was expected to use the staff's computer which other clients could see!!! When I got home I tried accessing my accounts again - same problem so phoned the Call Centre again. Same attitude and uselessness - didn't listen to what I was explaining was happening. Eventually the truth came out - they were having a technical problem on their side. So after wasting over 30 minutes at the branch and using my phone eventually found out the problem!!!
