Acc an instalment and a half in arrears but threatened to repo

I Lerato Portia Matshego hav a vehicle account with Nedbank. My account is an instalment and a half in arrear but I am referred to an external tracer to repo my vehicle even-though I hav an arrangement in place with Machia yesterday on 011799040 that I hav payed R2600 on the 22nd of july @vaalmall teller num T4 (891), the other payment of R1200 will be paid on the 31of july and rest will be settled next mnth as I am getting my bonus. She agreed. I no i hav made false arrangemnt b4 but this is a fixed arrangement. I feel that u guyz ar being harsh on me coz my acc is a small balance and I wil b paying u. According to my knowledge and the NCA u can't repo if an account is an instalment in arrears and I am in-titled 2make an arragemnt. What I don't understand is y my account is send 2an external tracer while I am contacterble. Plz reconcider I wil be paying u guyz I don't want my taken away 4rme coz I luv it
