In Dec'12 I was contacted by Std Bank to say I need to make a payment to keep my good rating. Was astounded as I have been paying more than the minimum. On the 18/12/12 I went into the Greenstone branch and asked to investigate. I have been in several times - no results.
I put in a complaint on the Std bank website. Was contacted and that seems the end of it. I have repeatedly asked for feedback and to date no positive feedback. Does it take almost 8 months to investigate, when proof has been given several times of payments?
I am extremely disappointed to say the least - as I have had a Std bank credit card since 1979 with no mishaps.
Hope I get some results after this.
