Still waiting to even be contacted by Standard Bank... I posted the feedback below to their feedback... still haven't heard anything from them. If you are someone who likes to have the company you are paying for a service contact you promptly, give decent feedback, help you with your issues... Standard Bank is NOT the bank to use if you don't always have time to go into the branch.

Feedback that was ignored, posted to my last complaint:
Utterly Disgusted: Standard bank responded to my complaint here and said they would contact me over the issue that I have not been contacted by them or given feedback multiple times... and GUESS WHAT!!! they have not contacted me in 2 days since they said that they would.

I do see that they say to allow time to investigate... but if my issue is that they are not contacting me, should they not think to give a call to show that they are committed.
