Im so disappointed and disgusted by the pathetic service delivery from Absa.
25 April 2013 I spoke to a consultant as I did not get my e-statement for my Personal Loan as I should've gotten it 16 April. I was told that I could only get it the next quarter, which would then be 16 July 2013.
16 July has come and gone and I received nothing. I sent an email directly to Absa, 19 July 2013 and still no response. Every time they make excuses for the same problem instead of actually solving the problem in order for it not to occur again!!! It actually doesn't surprise me, as I have heard of many others complaining about Absa`s poor service delivery and many are changing to another bank.
