GOOD DAY,
I currently have a nedbank personal loan that is in arrears and I have an arrangement in place for you to debit R2000.00 per month. Son on 20 December you received you R2000.00 as per the arrangement. Then to my suprise I noticed that you deducted R2731.87 from my account again.
I know I am in arrears but appealed to you to assit me with a lesser installment which I am most grateful for BUT why take more moeny from my bank account as I am already struggling as it is. Please can you refund me the extra payment you took from my account as I am in desperate need for the monies. Please help me.
