FNB - making my life!! Unsympathetic

I lost my job in December. I discussed with FNB my situation and promised that as soon as I found another job and had a steady income, I would make arrangements to pay my credit card. I couldn't commit to any repayment arrangement until then.

I have paid bits and pieces when I have been able to. My old company and some friend in the UK have been assisting me to be able to get through the past month - sending money for food and my daughters gymnastics competitions etc. FNB keep taking the money then apologising and refunding.

I am 2 months behind on rent. I begged my old cOmpany in the UK to help me pay the rent as the landlord is going to evict me if I dont pay it. They paid the exact rent amount into my account, which FNB without any notice or confirmation took from me!!! I called to ask them to refund, I was in tears as me and my kids will be out on the streets! The lady was incredibly unsympathetic and refused to refund the money that they just took?! That money was to keep a roof over our heads, but now me and my kids will lose our home!! We have NO WHERE else to go!!!
