I recently went to an ABSA branch to do some changes on my accounts. I had to fill in some forms etc. and was told that I would be contacted soon. This has now been about a month and absolutely nothing has happened. I contacted ABSA action line, 3 times, and they just give me the default "we are experiencing high email volumes" reply. I have been a customer since "Trustbank" days, but am now considering a new bank. I also sent an email to the branch, but was ignored. This is very poor customer service.
