Weeks after logging error - no reply yet

I wrote to Absa (used their online reporting system) and stated various errors that I am experiencing with the new website. I have now, after 3 weeks, received an email stating that they received a high number of calls - (yes your system has many errors and you would receive them yes) - am I still experiencing the problem? Yes Absa, I have replied multiple times - I am indeed experiencing problems with the site. Start giving attention to your customers and listen to their gripes - it is basic customer service. If you can't even handle the volume how can there be talks of retrenching staff? Get your act together and get more staff to handle the "high volumes". Absa is one of the most expensive banks according to reports so use that excessive profit and get more staff to handle the issues.
