The last 3 times I phoned absa help line the voice says that they apologize for the delay they are experiencing high call volumes. Strange how you always experience high call volumes.

I decided today that from now on when I hold on for your call center I will be lodging a hello peter complaint each and every time and I will email all 218 recipients on my email list to from now on do the same and forward the email to there own list as well.

When I spoke to other absa clients they to seemed to have the same problem. Hopefully when this email spreads you will start doing something about your call center that is always receiving high call volumes.
