Waiting 3months for registration papers

My bakkie was 3 monthsr ago. my insurer followed up. every time i call my insurer I am told they are waiting for a response from MFC.by the 9th of July they cc'ed me in to their e-mail coorespondence with Mathabiso from MFC. I eventually phoned and was told she will phone back by the same day, being Wednesday. I left all possible contact numbers. The following Monday I phoned and got through to Mathabiso and spoke to her about my situation. i was told in a very rude and unprofessional way that i must wait as it will take 15 working days from the start of the request. For one or other reason she is under the impression that the request was only lodged on the 9th of july and not almost 3 months earlier, although I tried to explain to her. I complained about the fact that my instalments are still being deducted from my account although i have no vechile at this stage. Her only answer is that i must wait.
