4 resends, 8 days of waiting and still no loan!

I applied for a loan with Bruma FInance on the 21st of January 2013 and finally got a call back on Wednesday. Then the paper work started and over and over and over I had to call them! Every day since then its been papers missing, faxes not clear enough, email on their side not working... and NO, I MEAN NO RESPONSE back from ANYONE until you phone and phone and beg and plead like a starving puppy until someone decides to take pitty on you and actually make an effort, or so you think.

After all this, today being the following Monday, I was told this morning that all that was left was for them to confirm employment. Hey, my HR officer said they phoned her at 10am this morning already! No response, no notification of payment, no sorry but you Sir, nothing.

Here I still wait for some person with a grain of moral fibre from Bruma FInance to return an answer with an expected 'what was I thinking'

The deal was approved, the contract signed by me and returned within 20 mins of each request, all information given and given again. Avereage response time from Bruma Fin... 1 freakin day at a time! And they don't even phone... if they DO reply, sommer an SMS for you to call them back!!
