Debit taken more is more than Instalment

Morning,

My car is financed by MFC Finance. I bought this car July 2012 and registered with budget as my insurer for the car to be delivered. a month later I deregistered with Budget and joined MiWay. All was well till June 2013 (almost a year). I checked my bank statement to see if all debits were deducted and realised that the car instalment was not debited. I phoned to notify them and was told that the debit was returned as they decided to add MFC insurance while I am paying for MiWay. after this call they deducted the instalment for June.

25 July 2013 an amount of R2800 and odd amount was deducted and the very reason was given that MFC insurance has been added. the last communication on this issue was send to Sally's email yesterday and the amount has not been refunded.
