Double premium in one month

I have changed my monthly premium deduction date from the 15th of evey month to the last day of the month with effect from July 2013 and the premium for July 2013 was deducted on the last day as per my request. To my suprise I was told that since I changed my dates five days before the deduction date therefore for July 2013 I have to pay two instalments for the car they are financing in order to keep up with the arrears and also they took intrests which amounted the monthly instalment from the 15th July 2013 to the last day of July. I tried to contacted MFC several times because I felt they where unfair on me with such a penalty of double payments for one month but I failed to get the real reason that left me satisfied. I am still not content with the manner they handled this as they never cared to reply to the emails of enquiries I sent to them.
