Unfairly treated and claim rejected unfairly

My house was robbed. i went to the police station to make a report and do everything which was supposed to have be done. Few days later the assossor by the name of Danita Schoiltz contacted me, she visited my work place and have a meeting. She requsted police reports, statements from the police, tv receipts and boxes for the phones which we bought, we supplied everything to her as requested.
Three weeks passed without hearing anything from her until i had tolook for her. After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails i eventually managed to track her on her mobile phone, she confirmed telephonically that my claim has been approved, she's going to send me an email with figures for me to approve. I waited for her email as agreed, no email came through, i called her again the following day to enquire about the email she promised to send and she told me that unfornately there is still information which she need from me, so i must come to her offices in Fourways to meet with her. IO drove to her offices as requested, In that meeting she humiliated me, interogatine me as if am in court. Two days letter she called to say am claim has been rejected after she intially approved it.
