No telkom service Yet I have to pay

I explained to the consultant - she arrogantly screamed and said she will proceed to blacklist me. Not listening to the details that I am already conversing on the matter and waiting for response. That I never had the service! When you go to their web-page it doesn't work. No one to speak to in a constructive manner.
