My father was assulted by his neighbours who had a Peace order against him, knowing that they were in breach of the peace order and not following its protocal they made their way to police station to make a case against him- he later went to the police station to report this and the detective Isaacs did not give him proper information to do a counter case and have him go the the Doctor to report a assult case instead told him not to worry and sent him on his merry way with a letter saying that he need appear in Wynberg- we went to wynberg and was told by the bailif that the case was withdrawn/kicked out, we spoke to two different people who confirmed this, a few days later he received another letter to say he must now appear at Athlone court for a case that we told was withdrawn i called th police staion and was told by Masipa that the Detective sent the Docket to the wrong court? i have called the Detective on numerous occasions and was told he is never there and even tried calling the person incharge only to be told he is also never there (johnson) this leads me to believe that there is not a competant person there. And people are not getting the help or assist they really need
