My claim was rejected unfairly

I was supposed to meet a friend in Mzoli"s place in Gugulethu and i went there, we then decided to go to Kefu's place in Khayelitsha. We met there with other lady. I drove to Strand i took Lansdowne road that led me to Nyanga side. On my way in Phillippi i got involved in a car accident and it was a head-on coalition. Few minutes later a guy came and tried to rescue us but i managed to get out of the car and we tried to rescue the guy that was on the other vehicle and it became chaotic as tsotsis were looting in our cars. In the meantime i was still in shock trying to stop the guys and phoning miway for towing and the offered some help and he spoke to miway on my behalf and he claimed to be my friend and he left. I was left with police and people i asked police to take me home as everyone that i phoned was sleeping and police agreed but they said they will start in the police station while we were there I asked the police if they can help take me to the nearest ATM and he agreed. Miway rejected my claim stating that "I was drunk" then changed after being cornered by Ombudsman that "theres a balance of probabilities that i was drunk" changed again that "i was dishonest" please help!
