FFW debited my account without my permission

I told the ffw consultant that i will call to give a go ahead on the policy as I still had to discuss with my husband. Then on the 1 July they debited my account without my permission, I even hesitated to giving my account details. Then i cancelled the policy within the cooling off period hoping to get my refund back as i dont want the policy. but still i did not get my refund back.
