Avbob
Policy cancelled, account debited

I wrote a written request to cancel my policy on 27 May 2013 but avbob has gone ahead and debited my account for the same policy that I cancelled I am not happy with this as i followed their procedure by giving a written cancellation. I want my money back and they must not debit my account again.
