Debited my account without my permission

This company, doing telemarketing debited my account twice in May and June 2013 without my permission. I did not agree to any business with them, did not give them my banking details but they debited my account anyway. This is. Contacted them Angy promised to investigate and refund me my money. Scary how people can access the bank account without proper authorisation.
