Debit without my permission

My account was debited last Tuesday (2/04) for R664 after I did not agree to an insurance policy. I called the call centre and explained I did not agree to a policy. I was told the policy will be cancelled and my money should be in my account within a few days. It is now the 9th and there is absolutely nothing in my account. Taking money out of an account without permission is! I am livid and want MY money back including bank charges and a letter to FNB from DialDirect stating why my account has gone into negative. FNB has told me this does reflect negatively on my credit record. Sechaba also needs to be investigated as to why he went through with the policy when I specifically said I'm not agreeing to it. Beyond angry!
