Excellent service!!

I recently had a motorcycle accident and the day after i informed Dial Direct of said accident, i was contacted by Shameema to start the claim process. Shameema was excellent at providing feedback and keeping me regularly updated while resolving my motorcycle accident claim.

I had additional queries and got through to Jeanne Thompson. Jeanne provided excellent feedback on all my queries. She liaised with the relevant departments on my behalf and provided regular, constructive feedback on all my queries right through to resolution.

Once i had my claim paid out, i purchased my new motorcycle and had to insure it. I got through to Boitumelo. She was a pleasure to deal with. She was quick, well informed and made my over all experience a pleasurable one.

All in all Dial Direct is very fortunate to have people like Shameema, Jeanne and Boitumelo in their employment. I would definitely recommend Dial Direct to all of my contacts. Their service is excellent, pricing fair and their staff extremely competent and helpful.
