Terrible Medical Insurance provide

I am so fed up with One Plan, they are constantly increasing my premium yet the moment I request a tiny bit of service from them NOTHING. I have never in my life come across worse customer service and I am in the industry. From the moment I took out this policy to now it has been nothing but issues. They decline payments for no good reason, increase all the time, then when you use the "please call me" function on their website they NEVER call. I don't even know why I am surprised anymore. I think it will be better for my health to keep that money under my mattress than give it to this of a company.
