Bad service

After having a policy for more than 4years i was admitted to hospital for emergency broken rib i was treated and send in my claim i immediately got a sms that it was rejected i called they could not help me with my answers i was told a supervisor will call and explain after a number of calls no one has ever called to explain. After a month i received a mail indicating the my policy is cancelled. Why. Still to date no one senior person phone to explain. What they promise they hide in red tape Whatch out people
