Once again no payment with Authorisation Numbe

Cannot believe it policy number 100272868
My father had to go to hospital when One Plan requested that he be admitted in emergency before. After receiving a authorisation number and insurance that we have R4000 to cover the blood tests and x-rays REQUIRED by oneplan before admitting him to hospital, we had the BAD experience ONCE again.
The Xray dept did not want to accept ONEPLAN, after we settled account, oneplan agreed to adit mmy dad to hospital
Then came the nightmare again!!! We submit the Xray account to Oneplan, they then told me this now falls under day to day... and only paid R400-00. THIS WAS AFTER THEY REQUESTED THE X RAYS AND ASSURED US THERE IS R4000-00 AVAILABLE.

Please explain I did email and phone them with no response. Seems the only way they response is through Hellp Peter???

Why go through all this trouble you might have not have anything at all. Then I received an email tellng me the premium is increasing for goodness sake how does this work???
