Oneplan Health Insurance
This is why I wanted to cancel but I was retained!

On the 30th of August 2013 I called Oneplan pre hospital authorisations where I spoke to a lady consultant for emergency admission of my son Bokamoso Thabiso Seekane at the Medi Clinic hospital in Vereeniging. I was then given a ref number for admission to the hospital for mu son, after Dr's examinations my son then admitted to the in which the hospital called Oneplan again and the authorised admission. My son got admitted for 2 nights under a drip nd got discharged on Sunday around 15:00. Now after all this upon the hospital claiming for the hospital bill they were told that my cover is suspended due to non payment which dat very payment went out of my account on the 27th August 2013. This is an unacceptable behaviour from oneplan as no one advised me of the suspension of my cover and now I have been told or asked by Gift Mkhize to send the bank statement as the payment does not reflect on thier system. I wanted to cancel my cover and told me of a month notice. This is an insurance payable in advance and the incident occurred in August and they took money from my account on the very same month. I refuse to incur bank charges and my name to be listed bcos of thier incompetency
