All Talk and No Action

About 11 months ago i went to Scorpion Legal Protection East London Branch where i needed their help in getting my home theatre centre unit from a repair company. From the onset the service was poor, there was very little communication from Scorpion who on TV and radio ads profess the toughest lawyers when in fact according to my experience they are a big bunch of wimps. I advise any reading this don't get involved with this company their service is horribly poor, in my experience the poorest i have ever experienced. I must say the only person who i must thank is the regional manager who contacted me after my first complaint, he was extremely professional and very sympathetic towards me. After being put back in the hands of the local Scorpion branch things went back to the the usual disgraceful service. About 6 weeks ago i spoke to the new Branch Manager and gave her all the necessary information after giving that information to the legal advisor in march and got nothing from her in which to help my case. Guess what almost 6 weeks gone since then and about 11 months in total and still no help from the so called company with the toughest lawyers.
