Claim declined wrongfully policy cancelled

AFI is the worst insurer I had ever dealt with, I feel the staff handling my profile whilst Mary is on leave is not listening and/or taking my policy seriously. I would URGENTLY like a SENIOR MANAGER to contact me and explain the incompetent service i received and the disrespect I was treated with in the past month. I will lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman and have already seeked legal assistance against AFI.
