Claim process is flawed and dishonest

After constantly being given incorrect payment dates by the consultants i was eventually given and incorrect settlement amount and i had to tell the "claims commander " that he had indeed put in the incorrect amount. The payment was delayed and delayed, my messages were not returned so i resorted to email, i have many emails where the consultant says something will happen and it doesnt. I had to hire a rental car for longer than expected due to their incorrect information. I was only given the correct information from management after i threatened to go onto Hello Peter.

I have not yet received the amount that is owed to me for the towing even though i was told it would be done on friday and i would receive the proof of payment, i did request it that day and as usual i was ignored.

I had to pay a towing fee of nearly 8000 to get my car released to them and they did not even get this reduced for me.
