Today, 4 weeks ago I logged a 3rd party claim that has been absolutely painfull and time consuming. The lady i first dealt with by the name of Zuki, never responds to emails, claiming the system is always down, and when she eventually responded, all information given was incorrect and documents I had to sign that states that all information given will be treated as if incorrect, but the document dates were totally wrong, I had my accident on the 01/03/2013, and the document showed 01/02/2012, all over the page it still has 2012 on it and she told me to change it to 2013 when in called her about it, attitude came from Zuki when I told her to change it as it is not my documents and she has to do it. Eventually I got hold of the so called manager Elma, who says that my complaints is incorrect and that they dont have any problems with anything? So the attitude is fair, the outdated documents which i can end up with for is correct??? Best of it all is, Its been 2days since i sent a copy of a bankstatement, and still the process for payment hasnt been done??? So many people is not getting there money? If no response today, I will take this to the ombudsman.
