LISTING FOR PAYMENT DONE

Kindly assist, I checked my credit profile with Transunion and Experian, according to the information provided, my account with Mr Price is one month in arrears with an outstanding amount of R610, 00, however this amount was paid on the 20.12.2012 via FNB Internet Banking, the above affects my credit rating and is not a true reflection. Please can this be removed as this is infomation is incorrect, Should the proof of payment need to be sent - please advise to whom this needs to be sent. Further more please advise how long it takes for this information to be updated.
