African Bank
REMOVAL OF JUDGEMENT

I happen to take a loan at African Bank but due to unknown reasons my account with ABSA was closed, I then opened an account at NEDBANK and I did not get my salary for that month and the following one. Then African Bank garnished me.

I finished paying that garnish in 2007 and I payed above R14 000. Their lawyers were Coombe and Associate they are the one's who were collecting money. Now I received my credit report status and found that I have a judgement against African Bank and it was filed last year (2012).

I want African Bank to rectify this mistake and remove this judgement with immediate effect because according to my records and from the Department I settled the account six years ago. I want my name cleared because I do not owe them a cent.
