I called in to the customer contact centre on Monday, 02 December to advise them that there is a reversal charge on my account but there is no reversal. The lady who I spoke to could not give me an explanation and was grasping at straws about it. I had enough money in the account for my nedical aid to go of and because of this charge it reversed. Then on the night of the 2nd i was charged again for a reversal fee but still no reversal. My medical aid reversed because of these charges, so that should have been the only reversal. The supervisor advised that he will get back to me regarding this and they will have this rectified, It is now Rhursady and there is still no feedback
