I am very disgusted in Standard Bank! over the past few years i have been a member of this bank and was very happy with them, but lately from the 25 of July 2013 i have had nothing but horrible experiences with them! a was pulled on my banking account and my money was taken out! every CENT by people called SMART FLIGHT! surely standard bank has a fire wall on our bank accounts, after speaking to numerous consultants i was told that nothing can be done, SMART FLIGHT will continue to take my money, the only thing i can do is keep phoning in to reverse it, i am totally disgusted, i have not asked anybody to take my money i have not given my account number to anybody WHEN we are told these numbers are confidential is it a lie? yet this is still trying to deduct money from my account!!! is our money not safe anymore? this has brought me nothing but unhappiness!!! i only found this out because of cell phone banking! what about people that don't have it? do they not know that money is getting taken from their accounts? i thought very highly of YOU but it has all changed and i will inform everyone i come across about Standard Bank
