Hi

i would just like to log my complaint, i recieved a credit offer from african bank on the 01/07/2013. i went to finalise this offer the 05/07/2013 and was told Head office had a problem, i then went back the nect day and recieved a new credit offer, signed a contract and the consultant told me that i need to wait for a call from head office in regards to my confirmation of employment amd confirmed the number with me, today is the 11/07/2013 and still nothing, i emailed consumer services, stangen and im still waiting for a reply, i called african bank and was told my offer was rejected because they couldnt get through to my employer, when i confirmed the number, it was completely wrong, i dont know where they got the number from.

i asked to speak to a manager, he is still yet to call me, i called again and just got the run around that i was supossed to email my employers contact number. i gave the correct number and nobody contacted e to give me any information, if i didnt call them myself i wouldve never known whats happening. and no one is even trying to sort this out.

please help.
