I have made an arrangement to settle my overdraft on my Standard Bank account with Nimble Collection services, I have paid the amount agreed upon, I have sent through proof of payment to Nadeema at Nimble, yet I am getting phone calls from Nimble every Friday night, when I am at home with my family. I am being threatened with Legal Action, the call centre agents are rude and abusive and they do not know how to communicate properly. They cant even speak proper English, please when you ask someone to call me please make sure that English is their first language or make sure they know how to speak the language, there is nothing more annoying than speaking to someone who doesn't even understand what he/she is saying.
