Really Bad Service

On the 15th of December 2012, I bought a blue ray movie from Look & listen Menlyn. The next day when I got home I see that the teller Lizette Mazibuko placed the wrong disc in the right cover. I then phoned the branch and spoke to Odette the manager, she then apologized and said that I need to come in and they will rectify the error. I have told her that it is out of my way as I stay in Kempton Park and work in Alberton. She than said that she will send it to the nearest branch to me (Greenstone) and I can go and collect it there. It has been almost 5 months since then and still have not received the correct disc. I have even phoned the head office and they say they cannot help as it was a store purchase and the only deal with online purchases. If this is the service you get from a company like look & listen I will rather support some one smaller and pay a bit more then continue buying from them, because clearly customer service and satisfactory is not part of the service they deliver. All I want is the right disc, now I have the new movie in the old case and if you collecting them it does not work even if I buy the old one I still will have a problem of sitting with the same cove
