Delayed claim: Courtesy car dispute

Hi, My policy number is 2500708201, I reported an accident in the middle of December. My claim was approved after a slight misunderstanding where they had to go and listen to recordings of when I took the claim. I was supposed to take my car in for repairs on 10/01/2013 and we had a courtesy car dispute. I specifically said I wanted a Merc Benz on the recording and now they wanted to give me something lower.
They promised to go listen to the recordings and get back to me but they have not. I have been writing to them and calling them but to no joy. My premium went up from December due to that claim and I have been paying a higher premium yet my car is still not fixed.
When they want you to take the policy, they agree and promise to fulfill everything in your wishlist. I want my car fixed, I want the courtesy car I specified on my wishlist. I am tired of writing to them and calling them at my expense and get given promises of being called back yet nothing happens.

They must just stop agreeing to all bells and whistles just so one takes their policy yet they do not live up to their promise.
