Still waiting for the funeral plan payout

I did report jet to you. Hollard where the policy is did comment they are still waiting for the recording of the sales of the funeral policy from Edcon. Edcon dont reply. Policy number 10973529. Hollard try their best to accomadate me but must listen to the recording first. They however didn't received the recording from Edcon. That is really bad service. Is there a way to speed the prosses up.
