Threatening my life

On the 20th of July it would be 2 Months since i had my accident and I'm still waiting on approval on the all risk section f my claim.

After sending a mail on wed 17July requesting feedback, i left a voice mail on Trudi's phone expressing my disgust about the pathetic lack of service/feedback.
She then phoned me on Monday 22July and we had words and she attacked my character and told me that I'm a CHILD and she is older than me and i have no respect for my elders if i leave a voice mail like that. I then put the phone down in her ear.
I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I DID NOT SWEAR AT HET IN MY VOICEMAIL!!!

Given the fact that i have not gotten the feedback, i then phoned her again. This is now where she told me that she is cancelling my insurance as soon as the claim is completed. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW - AS A BROKER SHE CAN NOT STOP MY POLICY WITH THE UNDERWRITER WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

SHE THEN ALSO SAID AND I QUOTE " EK IS IN BIKE CLUBS EN EK WEET WAAR JY BLY. EK SAL IEMAND NA JOU HUIS TOE STUUR EN JY SAL JOU SIEN BOETTIE"
