Prolonging my claim

My broker Enbridge Assurance has been handling my claim. Over a month ago I was involved in an acciden with my bike. I did everything they required from me, i did a police report as requested and gave all the necessary details required from me to process the claim. But yet they have been prolonging my claim. I have not been given any feedback or been updated of the process. I am the one calling them and asking of what is happening. They always give me excuses such as their systems were down, or the person responsible with my claim was on leave. An assessor was sent out to the site to assess my bike and pictures were taken for the claim to be processed. On the 24/07/2013 I called the insurance company to ask abt the claim, I was told that they need pictures of my bike tyres. This request did not make sense to me because the assessor was at the site a month ago and took all the photos required and now they are requesting these photos again. I feel like the insurance company is trying by all means to find loopholes and to prolong the claim even longer for whatever reasons they have. I am a very upset customer because I have been paying my premiums to date with no problems.
