HI, firstly i BANK with FNB my insurance is with FNB and my vehicle is financed with wesbankFNB, ive written off the bike the 26 December 2012, ive logged a claim, i was phoned 3 times, and from there i have no idea what the is going on, i phone i email i cant get hold or a response from ANYONE! i did explain why is i stopped my debit order (because the bike is written off) i did follow the correct channels to log and let everyone know, Its ONE company and no one knows what the other is doing!! and on top of that, they phone me this morning and said my bike is not even insured!! and i keep getting statements that im in arrears!! the fnb insurance teamleader in his words, sir i will phone u back in an hour, im still waiting!!! my bike is already been picked up and taken to the salvage yard, but my claim is being validated, i moved from my other bank because of service, now im getting the same from FNB!! how can we help you!!
